Import to movescount = data lost?

Hi.

 

Let me show you the steps of actions:

 

1: Did a lactate-test with MBody shorts (no phone - activated the MCell by pressing the MCell-button).

2: Connected to my windows-computer via the newest MBody Link program.

3: Pressed "start sending"

4: Everything checks out ok in MBody Live

5: Accepted MBody on Movescount.com

6: No data on movescount!

 

Is my data lost, or can I find it somewhere, somehow?

Hi Max!

Sorry for the delay. If you got the message that there were exercises sent to Movescount, one possibility could be that the real-time clock of the MCell has reseted at some point. Can you check if your data is sent to somewhere at the beginning of 1999?

Got it - from april 1999 :-) What about now? Does the MCell automatically find the correct date for the following measurements?

Excellent, good to hear that!

 

Every time you connect the MCell to Mbody Link or make an Mbody Live exercise with your phone, the clock in the device is checked to be correct. So yes, the next exercise should be in the correct time. Unfortunately, there is no separate battery for the MCell clock so if the battery goes totally empty, the clock resets. If you are unsure, you can always run the Link program with empty device and the clock is set to correct time.

 

I think you can manually edit the exercise time in the Movescount also, if you can still remember the correct date.
